Exporting Operators

  1. In the Operators tab, select Export Operators  from the Manage drop-down list.
  2. You may be prompted to save or open the Operators.csv file.

If you open the file, you will see all information entered in the system earlier in the order Login ID, First Name, Last Name, Job Title, Group and Availability:
