CenterPoint RTX Correction Services Input Savings Calculator

CenterPoint® RTX provides real-time, centimeter-level positions worldwide via satellite or cellular/IP. Our positioning services for precision agriculture work for all seasons, crops, terrains and vehicles. Whether you’re preparing and tilling, planting, spraying, or harvesting, we have services that deliver increased yields and repeatable performance row after row and year after year. You can save on input costs by using a more accurate correction signal that decreases pass to pass overlap.

This calculator displays the savings you can expect to achieve by using CenterPoint RTX for your farming operation. Please note that this calculator assumes a single implement width for the calculated values. You can run multiple calculations for each field operation and implement you use, or estimate an average implement width for all your field operations across an entire growing season.

  • Value entered can be either for a single operation (one pass across the field) or total field area across the entire growing season with multiple passes and operations.
  • Value entered can be either for a single operation (one pass across the field) or total input cost across the entire growing season with multiple passes and operations.
  • For reference, typical overlap without GNSS or uncorrected GNSS service is about 3 ft / 100 cm; overlap with WAAS, EGNOS or other SBAS systems is about 1.5 ft / 50 cm; and Trimble's RangePoint® RTX correction service is 6 in / 15 cm.
